WASPS NETBALL STAR VISITS HARRIS ACADEMY

Harris Students were treated to a marvelous masterclass in Netball by Wasps Star and South African International Bongiwe Msomi, on Wednesday 24th May. 24 students from Yr7-9 took part in the session where they look at positional play, tactics and shooting. Miss Farndon said the session was “Awesome, all of the girls were so engaged and worked so hard for the whole hour and 40 minutes” Yr9 students Denisa M and Megan W said “it was great, she went through new drills and how to improve giving step by step instructions, we really enjoyed it” Yr7 student Jess T said “it was amazing, she was really friendly and funny and we played a really good shooting game at the end”
