HARRIS ACADEMY TAKE TOP SPOT AT STEM EVENT – ENGINEERS OFTHE FUTURE

On the 7th July 2017 a group of year 8 Harris Academy students visited Lawrence Sheriff School who were hosting the GE Windy Stem Event.This was a day long project where they worked with engineers from GE conversion power. The project involved designing a wind turbine with the turbine producing the highest voltage winning the design technology category.
