Indoor Athletics Competition

Year 7 and 8 girls recently participated in the first round of the secondary indoor athletics competition. Students compete in both track and field events against participants from other schools, with points being awarded for events individually and added together to give a final total. Both teams did extremely well and thoroughly enjoyed the competition. Year 8 were in impressive form finishing in second position overall, while Year 7 ended in third place.

It will be the turn of Year 7 and Year 8 boys on Wednesday 18^th December to see if they can match the girls’ achievements.
