• Italy Trip Arrival

• Year 10 Students STEAM into their Future

  A number of Year 10 students visited the STEAM into your Future event at Nuneaton College during work experience week in July. They had the chance to interact with STEM companies and visit an employability skills hub.

  

• EDT Experience Day

  Fri 15 Jul 2022

  Year 9 enjoyed a visit from the EDT, a charity engaging young people through STE(A)M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics). They completed tasks to develop employability skills and worked in groups to innovate and pitch a product. We had some impressive ideas presented and all participating earned an Industrial Cadet Challenger Award.

  

• Year 10 Work Experience

  Thank you to all the organisations and companies who gave our Year 10 students a work experience placement last week. We were delighted to have the majority of Year 10 participating after two years of work experience being interrupted by the pandemic.

   

  Students thoroughly enjoyed the experience:

  "It helps with determining what future you want."

  "It was interesting and engaging, encouraging independent and teamwork skills."
