As part of Science Week, our Year 9 students had an exciting opportunity to visit the School of Life Sciences at Warwick University. In the state-of-the-art teaching labs, students took part in a hands-on workshop where they recorded their own electrocardiograms (ECGs) and explored how exercise affects heart activity. This experience gave them a fascinating insight into physiology and the real-world applications of science in healthcare.
