Harris students help smash Guinness World Record
Wed 16 Jul 202520 of our Year 7 students took part in Jamie Oliver’s Biggest Cooking Lesson world record attempt on 1 July — and what a fantastic experience it was!
During the event, students worked brilliantly to prepare a delicious pasta dish within an hour, following along with Jamie Oliver’s live cooking lesson. Their enthusiasm, focus, and teamwork were a joy to see, and they should all feel very proud of what they achieved.
It was a fun and memorable experience for everyone involved, and we’re thrilled that our students were part of such a special, global event. A big well done to all of them for their excellent effort and positive attitude throughout.
The Guinness World Records title was broken with 10,515 cooks, across 6 continents and 42 countries.
